I'm just musing here. What are the possibilities that Dupont buys maybe 20% of Monsanto's stock and both companies agree to share technology, joint ventures, etc?

Both companies could maintain their separate corporate environments, not have to worry about anti-trust considerations and Dupont would get the opportunity to increase their ownership at a later time.
