Scotsman, Some info on GBLX. Their plan is to offer access over their undersea cable (to Europe now) without going through the traditional telco bureaucracy. Qwest is providing part of their terrestrial cable access. Also they plan the largest terrestrial European network and undersea cable service to South America and Asia by early 2000. I too am waiting for the price to come down, but it just keeps going up. Craig Wilson
