I guess the reason they haven't moved significantly is because they are working behind-the-scenes, and unlike Netscape, they really don't have a marketable product until CNN and CBS start broadcasting their signal. This is supposed to happen sometime after the first quarter. The current news is that they have extended their proprietary patent on the encoding and decoding software to perform this media transfer. This means that they will have NO competition for quite some time. Further, I understand that they are working to increase their carrier rate to around 1.5Mbps vs. the current 384 Kbps. Although this is a one direction media, I think the potential is practically limitless. I mean, there are a lot of people out their that don't have anything to say. That's why TVs will always outnumber PCs. PS, thanks for the info on GANDF.
