David, I thought that also. But, what got me concerned was the fact that there have been no conversions since last November. In the meantime, these 1500 shares are a pall over the market and are a red flag to any serious investor. I'd like to see something active happen to get them off the books; that could be a redemption or encouragement to convert. Either way, I, and a lot of other people, will feel a lot better about the prospects for PARS share price once this thing is off the books for good. John de C
