Imaging Technologies Announces Exclusive Sales and Distribution Agreement In South Africa

ITEC Signs Siltek Distribution Dynamics, South Africa's Largest
Broad-Based Information Technology Distributor
Imaging Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq:ITEC), pioneer in the development of digital imaging solutions, announced an exclusive international sales and distribution agreement with Siltek Distribution Dynamics (SDD) headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa.
Siltek, South Africa's largest broad-based Information Technology distributor, will market and sell ITEC's full line of digital imaging solutions through its network of VARs and Resellers in the country of South Africa and throughout sub Saharan Africa.
Siltek has placed initial stocking orders for ITEC's color and monochrome printers, software, spares, and consumables that will be available for distribution after product and service training are completed.
