GEEZ ... you are really funny.
=============================================================
My original comments and questions to you.

I post information to try and help people. To educate. To make them aware. I do not want people to panic. I want this problem fixed!!! I want people to make reasonable preparation. I want people to take this seriously and not have their heads stuck in the sand, with false hopes and assurances.

What are you going to do with the [Medical] info below? Ignore it?
Message 8273048

I've been sharing this information with many in the healthcare sector. Many of whom, until now, had a similar attitude to you. Many who have done nothing ... because they thought Bill Gates was gonna fix it. FINALLY, they are waking up and frantically trying to do something.

So, who's more responsible? You or I?

ROFLMAO - I already knew what your response was going to be. We all did.

<I refuse to post ONLY DOOM and GLOOM articles as I believe it is NOT responsible or moral. Everyone should listen to both sides of the coin.>
CHEEKY KID

I feel it is immoral to be aware of these Y2K problems, particularly with documented medical device failures, when the health and safety of so many is at stake ... and not share this knowledge with those in the medical community. Apparently you feel otherwise.

ALL: These 2 links provide an excellent source of information for your local health care provider. Print it out. If your parents do not live near you - send them a copy for their health care provider. We need more awareness, particularly with smaller and mid-size health providers. Remember, Senate Committee said 83% of small and mid-size health providers have done little or nothing. There's only about 9 months left.
