Now that the DEPO acquisition is a done deal, what next?

biz.yahoo.com

I just talked to DEPO IR and they instructed me that shareholders of DEPO will receive a letter from Bank of New York, the SKYEY transfer agent. This letter will be sent out in a couple of days must be signed and returned along with the DEPO shares. They will then be replaced with SKYEY shares. In the meantime, DEPO said that the SKYEY shares are tradeable. However, I can't see how they could be sold and settled in 3 days. Good luck to all.
