Starnet Applies for Listing On NASDAQ National Market System

WILMINGTON, DEL. (March 11) BUSINESS WIRE -March 11, 1999--Starnet Communications International Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SNMM) ("Starnet") is pleased to announce the company has submitted an application for listing on the NASDAQ National Market System. The application was sent via Federal Express on Wednesday March 10, 1999.

Starnet has determined that the company has met all the posted initial listing requirements for a Nasdaq National Market Listing, see www.nasdaq.com/about/scm.stm . The application will be subject to review by the Nasdaq Listings Qualifications Analyst. The fact the company has applied for a listing is not a guarantee that it will be accepted.
