All... A very interesting article I found while browsing the Yahoo VLSI thread. fedfil.com Don't quite know how to take it.... Dated today. Don't know when today. Excerpt: "According to Charles Boucher, analyst at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp., Philips may have the backing and support of VLSI's shareholders who have been "disappointed in the company's performance and would take the $17 a share offer seriously." " Huh? Ok, I'm reacting.... 1. A shot across the bow to Philips.... of course. 2. telegraphing a $20 offer?.... ok, maybe. 3. beyond that??????
