That S-8 looks like it is going to let NRID officers get up to 2.5 million shares of newly issued stock (and that's on top of the new stock given to the new owners). By my estimate, that can result in a total outstanding total of about 16.773 million + 2.5 million shares, or about 19.273 million shares. That's a lot of stock, considering there recently was a 1 for 6 reverse split. You guys out there are getting awfully watered down. Maybe this is the deal Jeff Anthony is always talking about.
