so if NETR will have 10mil shares, and the price goes to $50 giving a 500 million market cap, that makes $250mil in assets for NAVR.
$250/23sh = $10.86/share of NAVR.
So If we can agree that NAVR alone is worth something between 3 to 10 per share:
$11 + $3 = $14/sh (low ball $3/sh for NAVR)
$11 + $10 = $21/sh ( higher end )

This puts us today at $12 7/8 right now at a safe low end of post IPO valuation. Note that my biggest leap of faith here is that NETR gets a $500 mil market cap, some other analyst put it at about $340mil the other day in the VVTV/GE/NBC article. Also note, I believe these prices will come post-IPO, and in the week leading to IPO the price of NAVR may well exceed the high end of my estimate in fact I am betting it will.
