ATMI their business is devided into 3 areas
1.Diamond Electronic division develops materials for flat panel display. Cathodes for use in Field emission displays(FED), claimed to be a $3 -$5 million business by 2000. Materials for led's also.
2. Ecosystem System Design, they are claimed to be the world leader in point-of-use semiconductor gas effluent treatment. Est. $150 million annually.
3. NovaMOS develops speciality materials for semiconductor industry Est. $300 million
