Hi Scooper.... We are really chewing the fat so to speak......nothing but speculation. We do not really know how an acquiring company will treat these warrant holders.! My take on warrants.... They are merely treated as options not equities and the issuing parties have no obligation as they would common shareholders. With SALV starving for operating cash I would think an acquiring company could in fact write their own ticket to the dance. Doesn't SALV have at least 15 million shares out at the present ? How much is the technology worth ? How much is someone willing to pay for it ? Ciba.....JNJ......SKB.....whomever is in the rumor mill ? Simply take an equity position or other stuctured alliance and continue on with joint developing agreement. What I'm trying to say is there are numerous possibilities and we can only wait and see what developes. Just hope they treat all the S/H's fairly....... &&&&...cheers
