well...lots of talking :) most important thing to relay at this time. expect NR's every 10 days or so..lots of news to tell. and a, and I quote, "SUBSTANTIAL" NR very soon.... 7 employees(4 directors) no revenues yet..but when an audite is done - they will be reporting. project is 2 years in the making - formed company middle of last year. on how to raise the 922K financing.. have been in contact with 50 - 100 venture capital firms maybe do a 504 privately 100 mill shares authorized 36 mill shares outstanding 23.8 Restricted shares 144 (1 year restiction) of remaing 12 about 10 are closely held 2 mill public float other than that 'they' said that SHARE VOLUME was a #1 PRIORETY with daily meetings about the volume. etc. Came away from it feeling...above average but not exstatic. I think as a long termer very good upside. in the Short term I think that "SUBSTANTIAL" NR's and subsicuent every 10 days could be very good for the price as well....if they come through on there PR. they are talking with 2 PR in the USA at the moment to help them get out the message. ciVic
