it has to be over that now, doesn't it? Over 500? Considering he went self-transfer at the end of September? Well, yeah, you'd think so, if we were talking normal TA traffic here. But Mikey really really doesn't like to let people sell stock... And he found a very convenient loophole. One that should be closed. You see: if anyone complains past a certain point, he can just say that he really "can't" make any transfers, because he's not registered with the SEC. His victims can, of course, sue him. They could, in fact, bring a class action. But that takes time, and meanwhile...
