Paul, I was referring to protection (hedge) against an existant short position. These warrants would prevent the holders from being squeezed. But, maybe they've already covered. that would be great. I'm in the process of doing DD on this company and am looking at taking the plunge. I'd appreciate hearing any and all comments on Sensar's prospects, assuming that the buyout and redemption are approved. best regards John de C
