regarding after hour trading.....it's very hard to judge the price in after market...if you want to sell you will get the worse price possible...if you want to buy you will have to pay high above the close...this is how it works in most cases so when you saw the 13 11/16 in fore after the close it was probably someone wanting to get out....insinet will drop the price and take your shares at a big discount
