David, as long as prln is over 2 there is no problem. Paul has no problem hosting at Boston Chicken if the Ark isn't finished. He probably has tons of shares in Boston Chicken and therefore he can, so to speak, kill two birds (ie chickens) (Paul probably figures this is enough to feed a cast of thousands even though the Lord needed several more fish and some loaves to accomplish same) with one (or less) stones. My tongue in twooth advice is not to make a FEDERAL CASE of this because this issue can only be litigated in lower case court <grin>. (To understand all of this you may have to go back and read the minutes of the last meeting. Good luck, even Dilbert isn't keeping up with this thread.) <GRIN> (sorry paul, i meant) <grin> Larry
