How almighty friggn' stupid would a person have to be to get taken to the woodshed in October over inventory and channel stuffing, then in March blame a 40% quarterly shortfall in revenue and profitability on too much inventory and channel stuffing?

I don't think they can legally be sued; they are way too far incompetent. Although, granted, they are very rich.
