OKay--I'll own up to a little projection. It's about how I feel about my innards, not hers. See as a child all the kids used to pick on me and my innards, called me names: "Lily Liver" "Duodenum Dufus" . . .oh the pain! SO at a certain point I started getting real self conscious and wouldn't even show them at all. My mom tried to console me, "Oh baby, don't you listen to those boys, you're innards are just as nice as theirs. Don't you remember that award you won for "Best Spleen" back in third grade? Now you go out there and show them what you're made of!"
