You stated: I don't think AZNT can get bumped from the OTCBB unless they get shut down by the SEC or file Chapter 11 or the like.

You gave no time frame, no qualification relating to WHEN.

I posted this: My understanding is that beginning in July of this year, all BB's must be current with their filings (according to their deadline, which if I recall correctly will be set alphabetically by company name) or they will be de-listed. Did you forget this?
