Bill:
Increased production would take time to complete. I do not see the rational of limiting production of IPM. This would be true if IPM's deposit was unique. If IPM becomes a low cost producer, the size of the deposit is tremendous, and financing available,it will put other higher cost producers out of business. Why would you limit your production to keep other companies in business? Sink them and you will see a mass exit of the other companies and a stromg demand for the desert plays.
With the supposed reserves, IPM would not need to replenish. Only need for additional desert plays would be to control. IPM the DeBeers of gold? If these desert plays are real someone will be.

Regards,
Daniel
