I think today's dominate market on MPEG-1 has been relected on the
stock price of last 12 months. To day's stock price relects the on
looking market of Cube.

I have told people a lot of times that I could not find even one
single chip of MPEG-2 of C-Cube on any DVD in the Major Audio and Vedio show in Asia. Therefore, I ask you why you still stick to
MPEG-1 and not let it go. I went to the show two times and did
not beleive in what I have found. I was totally shock for not finding
C-cube's MPEG-2 DVD chips in a major Vedio show in Asia. I have been
talking this story again and again. DVD should be the major market of
the future but the competition will be high.

Let me wake you up. If I have money, I will not invest in any DVD
MPEG-1,2,3 company. I will invest in some movie companies which own
good movie. Let us say that if DVD will become very very hot, then a
lot of companies will go to make those DVD, MPEG-2 chips. This will
drive down the price. But as DVD becomes very hot, a lot of people
will be willing to spend money to buy movies recorded on the DVD
disk. As those companies own the copy right of those good movies, there will be no competition. The sales will be explanding. This
is my wisdom. I teach you that free of charge.
