Some are guessing at 50,000 consumers and businesses are unknown. Further you must remember that RMII has infohighway a good search engine and also is into internet telephone deal.

As for the Yahoo board, need I say more. Those people will do anything to move a stock up. Brewer and company are to smart to overpay for an ISP, so in my mind that would not return a great premium for the stock.

Earnings should tell alot on this one.
