Anax, SPOs seem to vary a little but typically they are priced near the market close to the time of sale. The icing for the deal might be that clients get their shares commission free (although I don't know in fact this is the case). Now 5 millions shares (about 20% of the float) outstanding at the buy-in price of 14 7/8 will likely make 15 a significant support/resistance line for some time.
