GO QCOM: I bought back the shares I sold when the spin out occurred last year. I can't help but to think that Leap would be an excellent partner for a company like Sprint PCS. Not only have they already made a North American roaming agreement between the US & Mexico, but I think the synergies could grow nicely. The bottom line is that Leap has some wonderful licenses in Mexico, Russia, Australia, & Chile. More licenses may be spun out like the one they acquired in the Ukraine.

Sprint has done a fantastic job putting together their business plan in the US. I can't help but to think that they would be able to really add a lot of muscle to Leap Wireless. In my own mind, Leap would be an ideal acquisition for Sprint PCS to extend their franchise to some lucrative foreign markets.

Good luck!!
