Who is going to limit the # of companies, amount of production from the desert plays, the additional new deposits? IPM will be a small part of the market. If IPM were the largest producer,say 40% of the output, then what IPM did would be important, If you are going to say that they may become significant, then the battle will happen no matter what IPM does because they will not be the only fish in the bowl..
