Guys....here is what I hear, for what it is worth....They are not counting on Black Sea settling with them. Not that they aren't open to it, just that apparently Black Sea has not shown any interest. LONE is focusing on getting the appeals judge to dismiss the case now that they have reached settlement with the other two. Apparently they have had some difficulty reaching agreement on implementation of the settlement with the other two, but rumor has it that they are pretty close to being done with that. Once filed with the court the agreement should be a public document.

**I should add this is NOT official word of any kind and am just passing on interesting unsubtantiated stuff that I would not anyone to base any kind of investment decision on. ***

Would hate like heck to have anyone accuse me of giving advice, etc. Just fun what if kind of stuff.

I do have reason to believe it is pretty accurate, however and am thinking it might happen tomorrow or early next week. Let us all hope it does, it becomes public record, and that this causes the judge to dismiss the bankruptcy case altogether! I wish I had a few extra bucks, would love to pick up a few thousand more shares if things do pan out soon....

Luck to all, and keep an eye out on things for me next week, huh? I am chaperoning about 80 fifth graders to Yosemite for a week long school study trip! Would be nice to come back to GREAT news on LONE!
