I had a long talk with one of the fellows at Bioponic toay. I had the opportunity to talk to Mr. Schorr, but declined as I was still gathering and assessing information.

A couple of points that I found interesting...

There are certain aspects of the the MR3 technology that have been patented by Dr. DeVoe. However, as I understand it, they have been reluctant to patent the process for fear of the "copycat syndrome". This is refreshing news as it is unlikely that anybody is going to stumble onto a similar process in the near future.

The other big piece of news was that the comapny will be moving to a larger facility in the near future. This will speed up their process and dramatically increase profits as capacity increases. Apparently they have just been breaking even with their zinc product at their current location, so this new location should be a great bonus.

I also asked about their choice to list on the OTC:BB rather than a more respectable exchange. He confirmed my suspicion that Bioponic, at the time of the listing, did not meet the capital asset requirement of one of the more major exchanges, such as the Nasdaq Small Cap.

Finally, I must remind people that this company went public at $8 a share in November and now we're very close to the 52 week low. The problem as I see it is, in the rush to go public, the company did not have all the technical bugs worked out of the system. This is a bottom feeder right now, and at this price is a bargain.

As soon as this comapny gets up and running you're going to see it shoot through the roof.

Cheers

Greg

PS I'll probably be making a trip down to Butte in the near future to view the plant. I've got to talk to Steven to confrim the details.
