Regarding finding shares to short, I am fairly new to this board,( but have had success shorting ) so forgive me if this has been discussed. On two occasions I have sold shares of a stock ( by accident ) that I did not own, and E-Trade allowed this to happen. I then had to buy shares to cover, once loosing money, once making money, with no question of weather shares were available. Could I do this on a regular basis, or would they get torqued off, and cancel me?
