As far as the Hutus and Tutsis,,, The US was quite aware of this going to take place and did nothing, followed by some kind of weak apology from Clinton... much the same as his letting us know that it was "wrong" what we did in Guatamala.. This is pointless to go on I guess.. It sounds to me that you have reconciled yourself with it's a dog eat dog world, and the end justifies the means no matter how cruel...
