Jill left because a buyout is close IMO. Better find a job before there isn't one. The stock has made a double bottom and has also filled the recent gap. I bought in today at 7/8. Looking for a double in the next 3 months. Company has the funding to meet current cash needs for the next 6 months. Buyout will come before then. This is going to be easy money.
