As a Schwab member, I loved your description of their service. I get so irritated at the slow process. Today I missed 3 opportunities to get into a stock because their system didn't go fast enough. I too think they have a great site and use their research area a lot, but am in the process of getting a Watley account set up. Can't wait to try that direct order entry.
