This is the last paragraph of the latest update on the IDCN website. My question is, is this the first indication that IDCN "WILL" definately spinoff the Isaac's Harbour properties? We believe we have a property here with very high potential to provide a high grade/low cost operation if proper procedures are followed. Indocan Resources will spin-off the Isaac's Harbour properties into its own public company. The sum of the parts is greater than the whole. Anybody have any comments in regards to this spinoff? Jim
