PROGRESS REPORT
THE FOLLOWING HAS BEEN POSTED TO THE COMPANY WEB SITE,

An initial sample shipment was sent to Sabin Metals Inc. last week. Four additional
samples will be sent today. We should receive their analysis reports before the end of
March.
We have completed additional tests. Results continue to be very encouraging. Actual
results will be reported in the shareholders update planned for March 16, 1999.
