Conference Call (my take)

Here goes....

-company intent on getting the word out
-looking at US based media groups for added promotion
-advertising on net, billboards, radio,TV
-links on other sites
-trade magazine
-video crew came in to shoot the company
-
-concern for share price/volume/liquidity
-the company talks about this daily
-67% of the shares are 1 year 144 restricted
-about 2 million in the public float
-company thinks it important to become fully reporting BEFORE
it is required to be
-financing does not appear to be a problem as they are in negotiations
with several groups
-possible PP 504 financing
-venture capital discussions ongoing as well

-news will be frequent, and substantial
-website will have own server
-MP3 format for cd quality download will be available when legal
-pricing will be competitive, shipping costs will be minimized
-already working on international contacts, Hong Kong, Australia,
Europe
-office in Seattle and management operations out of Vancouver for now
-ECommerce thru KPMG
-in discussions with major companies ie. Disney, Sony, EMI, Universal
-little need for warehousing (drop shipping from vendors)
-intent to establish site with "family values" in mind
-web TV access

Sorry if this all too fragmented but my notes are very cryptic and I had trouble reading them! Questions were from various sources and were not thematic.
