OK,, First, I am no fan of Saddam Hussein either--- He is a very capable oppressor of people--- I'm sure that, that is one of the reasons he was a pal of the US....
BTW,, he is still bombing Iraq every day.....
I have read so much stuff that shows chicanery and true war on humanity, that I find it hard to believe that there is any humanitarian work really going on at all...
Leaving them to their own devices is well documented , and in many cases, aided with the supply of death dealing equipment and advice...EG,, Iran Iraq war--- US supplied information to both sides
