dorine , good evening

as you know , an individual selling securities pursuant to
RULE 144 must notify the SEC at the time he places the order
with the broker as in this case .

however , notice is not required if the amount of the sale does
not exceed 500 shares or the total dollar amount does not exceed
10,000.00 dollars .

so to further your thoughts , we are really talking about filing a
144 over approximately 5,000.00 .

his reasons are his business and i respect his filing . the fundamentals
and prospects of dctc have not changed .

speaking of thinking out loud , i do it all the time .
