They can have all the options they want if they can make me some real money. They will not get anything if the stock does not go up. I am sure that there salaries are not that great. The only way for a tiny company like NRI to keep top knotch people is to give them golden handcuffs. Hate the dilution, but, it either that or cash. we dont have cash. Regards, Sheldon
