Dirt cheap here Steve. Look at Bollingers site. Money is flowing in here strongly. We have seen the worst. I bought all I could below $3. Notice that the volume was pushing the price up last few days. Institution interest maybe. Can't go wrong here at this price IMO. Then again, I've been wrong before.
