Buckaroo....hold the phone lad. There is more to the picture than meets the eye and I have not questioned this thread or any other poster here aside from MoneyMade. What will transpire between Tokyo Mex and SEC will shed some light on the subject very soon. SEC will match times of posts hyping stocks with time of sells of stocks in question. To the TREE of WOE to he who is found guilty of pumping & dumping.
Could possibly lead to a ban on trading stocks, posting on stocks on internet or promoting stocks, fines and even the slammer ! Tokyo has obtained 2 lawyers and that sounds like more than just a casual question and answer session as MoneyMade made it sound. SEC is way to busy to waste time on wild goose chases so you can bet that they got the dirt on ole Mex and TM will pay those lawyers a Kings ransom to get his arogant self out of this jam.Tokyo Joe did'nt receive compensation from companies either but their is no difference when you load up on a stock and pump & Dump it, it is still P&D plain and simple when you do it on a public forum such as SI, email etc. Now back to the # 2 pump & dump miester MoneyMade and his unethical and illegal stock manipulation practices. Facts of the matter are...and MoneyMade feel free to post your responses!

1) MoneyMade on 3/8/99 sent out an email on GSIC which contained inside information which GSIC 3/9/99 news proves and he and his email group traded GSIC on this inside information. Agree so far?

2) MoneyMade gives buy recommendations and advise on buying stocks and is not registered with SEC as a Broker / Dealer. True or False ?

3)MoneyMade hypes stocks with price targets making claims that stock will reach certain levels. Yes or No ?

4)MoneyMade sells shares of the stocks when they run up due to his hyping the stocks. A.K.A. Pumping & Dumping. Guilty or Not Guilty ?

Dont take my word for it...check out the links below and look for pumping and dumping and remember MoneyMade recently changed his name from INSIDERTIPS just recently as you read about it. The paragraph below was taken from this link which has much more information about internet fraud and where you can report it.

The "Pump And Dump" Scam
It's common to see messages posted online that urge readers to buy a stock quickly or tell you to sell before the price goes down. Often the writers will claim to have "inside" information about an impending development or to use an "infallible" combination of economic and stock market data to pick stocks. In reality, they may be insiders or paid promoters who stand to gain by selling their shares after the stock price is pumped up by gullible investors. Once these fraudsters sell their shares and stop hyping the stock, the price typically falls and investors lose their money.

Ask yourselves if any of MoneyMades INSIDERTIPS every fit into this description? Best of luck Mate!
