The reason no one wants to answer some questions is because they've been asked about a billion times if you go back through the postings and read them. It takes a lot of work to compose all the answers and give them to you. Maybe 15-30 minutes for all the questions. Why don't you use the search feature and key in offshore on this subject? You will get all the answers you want. I personally don't know many of the answers, but I have my own problems I have to research.
