It was confusing at first but in a nurshell, here's how it works. They have 3 pricing plans, each of the plans gives you a daily credit which you can use to read bulletins etc...In most cases reading bulletins less tha 6 months old are free. The $$$/item they list is th amount they debit from your daily credit. For example; if you subscribe to the Intermediate plan @ 9.95 you get a 10.00 credit/day. You can track up to 40 stocks in your portfolio and read any bulletins in the last 6 months for these stocks for free. Bulletins on stocks you are not tracking would cost you .40 which is deducted from your daily credit of 10.00. Try the following link. I hope it explains it more thoroughly.
