Tony, you could be right. But, I feel that it's worth a try. What LDII did was offer the preferred "investors" repriced warrants. These were essentially a hedge against a short squeeze. Something similar might be tried here. IMHO something has to be done to get this blight off the books before PARS stock value can make a significant move.

If they've squeezed the stock as much as they can. Then it's time for them to convert. I hope so. Then we can be rid of them. But if they are not short and are waiting for a period of market weakness to really slam PARS, then I'd be happier if a preemptive strike could be made to prevent this.
