As a Global Village customer, I must say their customer support is non existant. Yes, they still have a server which dutifully sends out an email canned response that their technical support people will follow up with help for a problem....but they don't...nada...nyet. They might as well be up front about it and tell you to drop dead! Pleas for help have now been made to Boca Research and I guess we will see if their opinion of customer support is any better.
