Number one, NOBODY else has CDMA by Qualcomm and nobody will! Not so sure about this one Maurice. Although I don't think ECCO and Ellipso will ever happen, they are both CDMA. Nobody has mentioned what that means to QCOM--is sat CDMA an area thoroughly covered by QCOM IPR? I would imagine yes. Anyway--probably a moot point. Like I said, I will be surprised if they both get launched.
