Fenton, I have not been able to find the 13-D filing that you mentioned. However, I did find Mr. Honeycutt's 13G, routine annual report of =>5% ownership. Since that was filed on 2/11 re. 3.028 million shares, was that the filing to which you were referring? Since Honeycutt and Taylor are each 3.028 million shareholders, there should be another 13-G filing in the next day or two because I think the deadline for annual 13-G filing is 45 days after year-end. Assuming this to be the case, it doesn't appear that there was any new or incremental 13-G or 13-D activity. Nevertheless, OREX was up the last 2 days on relatively strong volume, which is encouraging. Regards -Kent
