musicguy, I don't think CDNW will really have too much impact for AMZN. I just think CDNW will its own customers base. So after the merger is done, they can use the customer base to sell something else. For example, one customer of Music Blvd. just received the survey from NTKI and ask for the opinion about buying book behavior. And I noticed CDNW do own some kind of book domain name. So, from what I see, the merger is definitely the done deal. And after merger, I think the investor will show up pretty soon. So maybe you are right, I will buy it if it drop around $14 again.

As to ECHO, I am not rush to buy it yet. Do you know about CCUR? I think it is a good long term company. They are doing some vedio-on-demand products and may already have connection with SFA.
