Chris, I'm not really up on 504 financings. This was brought up in one of the questions, and to be honest, I don't know what the response was. The gist of the financing issue was that all avenues were being explored. Can you explain what a 504 financing is? I was taking rather quick, short form notes, and I may have got things a tad mixed up. I do know that a Private Placement was mentioned and something to the effect that it might be a direct investment. The implication that I took was that it would be beneficial. If this point is one to be taken serious, perhaps the company should be called for clarification. Cheers, Dan
