I have no idea how much he owns but as the CEO I would imagine his holdings dwarf what he filed for. Read today's story on it and I think you'll find that he is filing them for intent rather than an actual sale. I don't know all the machinations behind all this but I suspect that it means if he ever does want to sell then he is open to do so. Unless he is personallly cash strapped it would be foolishness for him to sell now with a potential move to the Nasdaq in the works.
